Multi agent cognitive architecture for secure computation using homomorphic encryption techniques is implemented in Python3 using SPADE package. To make it suitable for Internet of Things environment the cryptographic algorithms were made lightweight by replacing the multiplication operation with much better optimized multiplication functions. The cognitive agents use BDI model to make smarter choices for selection of keys, encryption algorithm to make optimum use of resources
