This poster presents the Spatial Temporal Oceanographic Query System (STOQS), a tool used to visualize and understand data acquired by manned and robotic oceanographic platforms. The tool is 100% open source and built upon the CF-NetCDF Discrete Sampling Geometry file format. Current development plans include adding server-side Jupyter Notebook processing capabilities.
